AIR MAX 95 ’HEADS WILL EITHER LOVE OR HATE PRADA’S NEW SNEAKER

Brand: Prada Model: Collision 19 LR Release Date: Available now Price: €790 / $950 Buy: Prada Editor’s Notes: Prada has unveiled a futuristic new sneaker called the Collision 19 LR, which features a seamless upper that channels space ship vibes and sits atop a sole unit with bubble cushioning reminiscent of the Nike Air Max 95. Sneakerheads were quick to users were quick to compare the two shoes on Instagram. Prada’s entire footwear aesthetic over the past few years has been built on an ultra-futuristic style, with seamless uppers and technical materials. This particular sneaker is part of Prada’s performance-geared Linea Rossa line. The Prada Collision 19 LR is now available on Prada’s official site in multiple colorways.

THE AIR JORDAN 35 SURFACES IN AN ICONIC COLORWAY

While continuing to expand the Air Jordan 35 catalog, Nike hopes to bring added attention to the silhouette by giving it an OG colorway. Expected to release early next year, we see the performance sneaker done up in the beloved "Fire Red" scheme. It's fitting that Nike apply the "Fire Red" colorway to the Air Jordan 35, as the sneaker draws heavily from the Air Jordan 5. Comparatively, the "Fire Red" Jordan 35 is undeniably similar to the original Jordan 5 colorway, except it doesn't feature any black detailing on the midsole. The standout design element is still in play, however, as the reflective silver tongue remains the focal point of the colorway. Images of the "Fire Red" Air Jordan 35 have surfaced as Nike re-released the "Fire Red" Air Jordan 5 earlier this year. THESE CANADA GOOSE PARKAS WILL MAKE WINTER QUAKE IN ITS BOOTS

Founded in 1957, it’s safe to say that Canada Goose has had enough time to perfect the down parka. Having been founded in Toronto, Canada, it’s no surprise that a lightweight, volume-based down parka was one of the first things that the brand saw as a necessity. While Canada Goose parkas may be suited for winter in a major city, the brand's Heritage Expedition Parka was designed for the specific needs of scientists at Antarctica’s McMurdo Station. Since its inception, Canada Goose has earned a reputation for its inimitable collection of parkas of all kinds, which have summited Everest, smashed records in the Yukon Quest dog race, outfitted casts and crews across Hollywood, and much more. With a cultural reach and history that stretches back nearly 70 years, Canada Goose jackets have led the way for performance and lifestyle outerwear. In recent months, we have seen the rise of massive, oversized outerwear to combat falling temperatures and as a tongue-in-cheek reaction to the quasi-dystopian times we’ve experienced in 2020. So, with winter staunchly setting in, we thought it only right to round up some of our favorite Canada Goose parkas below.

MANHART TURNS THE BMW X7 INTO A RUGGED OFF-ROADER

Just two weeks after unveiling its 550-horsepower gold-wrapped 2020 Toyota Supra, German automotive tuner MANHART is back at it again, this time tapping one of its own nation’s most popular SUVs: the BMW X7. Dubbed the X7 Dirt Edition, the car gets a matte black exterior makeover with fake rivets to resemble armored plating. Of course, the SUV also receives a range of performance and technological upgrades allowing drivers to take the German beast off-road. Power now comes from a 4.4-liter Biturbo V8 engine pushing out 650 horsepower — 120 horsepower more than its stock output. Torque is also increased from 750 Nm to 920 Nm, allowing better grip in harsh terrains. The air suspension has been given a 40mm lift, with the increased ground clearance then paired with 20-inch Black Rhino wheels with 305/50 R20 treaded mud-terrain tires. CLOSER LOOK AT G-DRAGON'S PEACEMINUSONE X AF1 "PARA-NOISE 2.0"

Now officially confirmed by Nike, the release of G-Dragon‘s PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Air Force 1 “Para-Noise 2.0” collaboration is just around the corner. Ahead of the drop, we now have a closer look at the sequel to the BIGBANG leader’s first “Para-Noise” collaboration with the sportswear giant, the upcoming release once again builds on the South Korean artist’s favorite silhouette matched with his belief in creative exchange of ideas to a design fabricated to shift with the wearer. Centered around a clean white tone, the “Para-Noise 2.0” colorway reflects G-Dragon’s views on self-actualization as a way through challenging times, a mindset he calls “YOUTOPIA.” The white-tone painted premium leather upper features a peel-away element that reveals an original artwork once again inspired by G-Dragon’s sense of optimism towards art as a form of self-expression for youth around the world to be unified through collective creativity. Accenting the shoe is contrasting black tumbled leather Swoosh branding, embroidered daisy motifs at the tongue, eyelet pins and branded thick laces. Other details on the shoe include a white lining, printed insoles and a white AF1 sole unit dressed all over with haphazardly applied strokes of black paint. Additionally, each shoe will come with special packaging that marked by G-Dragon’s original artwork. Priced at $200 USD, G-Dragon’s PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Air Force 1 “Para-Noise 2.0” collaboration is set to release globally November 25.

THE OFF-WHITE™ X NIKE DUNK LOW IS RUMORED TO RELEASE IN "BLACK" COLORWAYS

According to reports, Virgil Abloh has a few more Nike collaborations on the way. We are now learning of a set of “Black” colorways for the Off-White™ x Nike Dunk Low reportedly coming next year. Coming courtesy of mockups from PY_RATES, the rumored takes look to introduce new material constructions. Straying away from the “University Gold,” “Pine Green” and “University Red” colorways released last year, the shoes are expected to center around texture while maintaining Virgil’s outlook of the popular model. Continuing details include the exposed tongue and a double lacing system, including a trail-inspired set of Flywire cord laces that match the “Black” theme. Rumored to be priced at $170 USD, the “Black” colorways of the Off-White™ x Nike Dunk Low are expected to arrive sometime Fall 2021. Celebrating nine years since the opening their first store in China, streetwear label BAPE recently unveiled they’d be dropping a special capsule collection to mark the occasion. Aiming to highlight the spirit of they country, the drop comprises a range of hoodies, jackets, tees, joggers and more which have been embellished with Chinese artwork alongside BAPE’s expected camo print in red/yellow/white combination. PAUSE OR SKIP: DIOR & JORDAN BRAND AIR JORDAN 1 HIGH OG COLLAB

Not dropping until 2020. After months of teasing, Dior unveiled its long-awaited Air Jordan collaboration at its Pre-Autumn runway show in Miami. Constructed in Italy, the Kim Jones designed sneaker features a fine calf-leather in a Dior Gray colourway, while a new take on the Jumpman Wings logo sees the addition of the words “AIR DIOR.” Fusing the pinnacle of sportswear sneakers with the pinnacle of luxury, the iconic Nike Swoosh is upgraded with Dior’s Oblique jacquard motif, which also appears on the shoe’s insoles. Scheduled to be globally available in April 2020, there is currently little to no information on the Air Jordan 1 High OG expect that the shoes will be limited edition. LOUIS VUITTON TEASES LV 408 TRAINER CITY EXCLUSIVES

Virgil Abloh designed. Adding to its range of “Chicago” and “New York” LV 408 Trainers, Louis Vuitton recently announced that they will be releasing the “Paris” edition next. Designed by Virgil Abloh, the sneaker that is inspired by traditional basketball high-top models is reworked with bold colours that represent each city edition, as well as retro logos and signature Louis Vuitton iconography. Unveiling a closer look at all the upcoming city drops, the “Paris” drop sees the LV 408’s original black and grey colourway, updated with an LV monogrammed leather hangtag and sky blue laces to represent Paris.
