Our return policy is very simple - we will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund or store credit. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our warehouse.
- You can change or return an item within 14 calender days from the date you received it.
- All SALE items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- To be eligible for a change or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item, we will change it or refund after inspecting the item.
- Please keep your proof of shipment until the refund has been made.
- If you want to change your order with a different size, please e-mail our team first to ask if the size you want is still available. Due to alot of demand, our sets are selling very quickly.

Are your sizes true to the regular fit?Our sizes have the regular fit, so you can just order your regular size.

Can I return or exchange an item bought in Sale?We don't accept returns or exchanges of sales items.
Will I be refunded for the full amount of my order?You will only get a refund of the price of the item(s) you are returning. The shipping cost and returning costs are for the customer.
When do I get my refund?Within 7-10 working days after we received your order back.
What if my return is not accepted?The only reason we won't accept a return is if it is contrary our guidelines. If you send something back to us and we cannot credit you for it, we will not return it to back to the sender. If you would like it shipped back, we will take a payment for the shipping costs or it will remain in our returns centre for 30 days before being discarded. Shipping costs will vary based on your location.
I have added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped.
How do I cancel my order?Unfortunately you can't cancel an order after you've payed, but you can return it following our return policy (Service -> Returns).
Will you restock sold out items?Normally we don't restock items of a previous collection but sometimes it can happen that we restock it because it's one of our best-sellers.
