Can I Return or Exchange Sale Items?
Sale items are non-returnable but can be exchanged for something else from our store or for a gift card.
Will I Be Refunded for the Full Amount?
Refunds will only cover the price of the item(s) returned. Shipping and return costs are the customer's responsibility.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days after we receive your return.
What if My Return Is Not Accepted?
Returns are only accepted if they meet our guidelines. If we cannot credit you, the item will not be returned. You may request it back by covering the shipping cost, or it will remain in our returns center for 30 days before being discarded. Shipping costs vary by location.
