HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

  • Belgium: 1-2 working days 
  • The Netherlands & Luxembourg: 2-4 working days 
  • Outside the Benelux: 4-8 working days 
  • Outside Europe: 10-15 working days

Please note due a lot of orders during the release days, all orders will be shipped out in the next few days.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF MY ORDER TAKES LONGER THAN THE STANDARD DELIVERY TIME?

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM BOUGHT IN SALE?

We don't accept returns or exchanges of sales items.

WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF MY ORDER?

You will only get a refund of the price of the item(s) you are returning. The shipping cost and returning costs are for the customer.

WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?

Within 5-10 working days after we received your return.

WHAT IF MY RETURN IS NOT ACCEPTED?

The only reason we won't accept a return is if it is contrary our guidelines. If you send something back to us and we cannot credit you for it, we will not return it back to the sender. If you would like it shipped back, we will take a payment for the shipping costs or it will remain in our returns centre for 30 days before being discarded. Shipping costs will vary based on your location.

I HAVE ADDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, HOW DO I CHANGE IT?

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately you can't cancel an order after you've payed, but you can return it following our return policy (Service -> Returns).

WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

Normally we don't restock items of a previous collection but sometimes it can happen that we restock it because it's one of our best-sellers.
