SPOFEC's Rolls-Royce Black Badge Wraith Is an "OVERDOSE" of Power and Presence

NOVITEC sub-label SPOFEC has applied its OVERDOSE treatment to the Rolls-Royce Black Badge Wraith, creating three limited-edition supercars that come with newfound power, performance, and a commanding amount of presence. Limited to just three units worldwide, the SPOFEC OVERDOSE edition is defined by the tuning company as “Black, wide, powerful and exclusive.” Quite simply, this black-on-black piece has been fitted with a carbon fiber wide body kit, adding 13cm to the car’s width at the front and rear in comparison to the stock model. The added girth is seamlessly integrated into the natural curves of the car, while a set of 22” concave rims and a suspension lowering of 40mm makes the car seem bulky, hunkered down, and as if it hugs the tarmac. As for power, SPOFEC has tuned the Rolls-Royce’s 6.6-liter twin-turbo V12 engine to now pump out 717 HP at 5,700 rpm and a peak torque of 986 Nm, on tap at just 1,800 rpm. This means power will feel almost instant, pushing you from 0-62 MPH in just 4.2 seconds and onto an electronically limited top speed of 155 MPH — which is due to the Wraith’s generous weight.  Take a look at the SPOFEC-tuned OVERDOSE Rolls-Royce Black Badge Wraith above, and head over to SPOFEC’s website to find out more about the limited-to-three machine. In case you missed it, another bespoke Rolls-Royce was also built earlier this month.

YEEZY and Balenciaga Release DMX Tribute Tee

To mark the memorial service at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn for DMX, Balenciaga and YEEZY have come together for a tribute tee dedicated to the late rapper. In memory of DMX, the shirt was designed by Demna Gvasalia-helmed Balenciaga and initiated by Kanye West‘s YEEZY label. The retro-style long sleeve tee features an original DMX screen-printed portrait artwork on the front with “12.18.1970” printed on the right sleeve, “04.09.2021” printed on the left sleeve and “IN LOVING MEMORY” at the rear. The heavyweight cotton, oversized fit tee is treated with a vintage wash for a worn-in faded black look and feel. Priced at $200 USD, the Balenciaga x YEEZY DMX Tribute Tee is available now on a dedicated website with all proceeds going towards the late rapper’s family.

Parra and Nike SB's Latest SB Dunk Low Utilizes Asymmetrical Colorblocking

Over a decade into their collaborative relationship, Dutch artist Parra and Nike (NYSE:NKE +0.78%) are still cranking out collaborative product — the latest piece of which is an asymmetrically-colorblocked take on Nike SB‘s SB Dunk Low, revealed by sneaker leaker YankeeKicks. Following closely in the footsteps of another SB Dunk Low (sans asymmetrical colorblocking), this new style is shrouded in mystery: at the time of writing, there’s no word on if it’s a general release or friends-and-family edition. Each shoe equips white leather quarter panels, toeboxes and collars, and uses a shorter-than-usual black leather Swoosh on the midfoot. However, suede overlays differ vastly on each foot. The right shoe mixes cool blue and blue-green shades with just a dash of red, while the left shoe offers a much warmer mixture of pink, orange and red tones. Forefoot and heel branding diverges as well, with the right shoe using Parra’s script logo on the mudguard and a Nike hit on the heel while the left shoe supplies a mudguard mini Swoosh and a Parra heel hit. Both are rounded off with a printed pattern on the tongue tag and trim plus white midsoles and gum outsoles. An official release date or pricing information for this Parra x Nike SB Dunk Low has yet to be revealed, and as mentioned above it may well be a friends-and-family pair. However, more info should surface soon due to the increased number of Parra leaks in recent weeks. Elsewhere in the world of footwear, take a look at official images of the Air Jordan 1 “Pollen.”
