Snoop Dogg Might Have Accidentally Leaked Dr. Dre's 'Detox' Tracklist

It comes as no surprise that Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre are back in the studio together. Just a couple of days ago, Snoop posted to his Instagram a photo of the pair, leading fans to think that The Chronic might be back on all streaming services soon. While he meant to post that one, Uncle Snoop might have accidentally revealed the tracklist for Dre’s highly anticipated album, Detox. In a recent now-deleted post, it appears to show Dre’s tracklist on the project outlined on a whiteboard in the background. Judging from the outfits, the photo seems to have been taken on the same day as the recording session Snoop posted with the caption, “The Chronic is bac home,” to his feed. A Twitter user zoomed into the tracks on the board which reads names including, “Bussa Move,” “Guilty,” “Californification,” “Propane,” “Tribe Called West” and “Morning Glory.” Fans have recently hard some of Dre’s new tracks on the most recent Grand Theft Auto release. Dr. Dre first announced Detox in 2002, however, over the years updates of the album showed that it was still in the works. In 2018, Dre reminded fans that he was “working on a couple songs,” when asked about Detox in a conversation with Chris Haynes. It is unclear when Detox will release.

SZA Says She’s Completed Her Highly-Anticipated Sophomore Album

After 13 nominations, SZA won her first GRAMMY last night. The singer was awarded Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for her upbeat single with Doja Cat “Kiss Me More.” The song dropped in April of last year with a dreamy and futuristic music video of the two artists. Coming off of the major win, she also gave Variety an update following the awards ceremony on forthcoming music. Asked about her sophomore LP, the singer said she had “just actually finished it up in Hawaii recently” and “it’s coming soon.” “I think it’s my most unisex album. I think it’s for everyone,” she added. “It’s definitely for everybody, in a different way.” The last full-length project fans received from SZA was her debut studio album, 2017’s CTRL. Out via Top Dawg Entertainment and RCA Records, the record featured guest appearances from Travis Scott, Kendrick Lamar, James Fauntleroy and Isaiah Rashad. It also landed the singer a nomination for Best Urban Contemporary Album at the 60th GRAMMY Awards in 2018.

Hublot & Takashi Murakami Turn the Classic Fusion Watch Collab Into NFTs

Remember Hublot and Takashi Murakami's watches from December 2021? Well, the sold-out timepieces are making a comeback, but this time, the two are turning the collab into an NFT (sorry, NFT adversaries). Since Hublot is part of Geneva's Watches and Wonders convention, the luxury watch brand found it the perfect time to announce the next phase of its collaboration with Takashi Murakami, i.e., its watch-related NFTs. Essentially, Hublot turned the collab's 2021 Classic Fusion Takashi Murakami Sapphire Rainbow and All Black watches into digital NFT artworks, with an appropriate unveiling at Watches and Wonders. Undoubtedly not as icy as the IRL Hublot x Takashi Murakami watches, the collab's pixelated NFTs present the Japanese artist's recognizable smiling Murakami flower on the timepieces' faces in black and rainbow versions. The adorable Murakami figure also shows up on the NFTs' backgrounds as a repeating neutral-toned print. Lucky for those who could cop the physical collaborative watches in 2021, they get first dibs on the Hublot Classic Fusion Murakami NFT. To claim the free NFT, current owners of the Hublot x Takashi Murakami Classic Fusion watches must follow Hublot's detailed step-by-step process as laid out on its website. In May 2022, holders of the collaborative watch and NFT will be able to trade the digital artwork via Hublot's new NFT marketplace, which will launch in May 2022 alongside the NFTs' public sale. I wouldn't wait too long to snag your Hublot Classic Fusion Murakami NFT, as the digital works are just as exclusive as the real-life collab. The Hublot Classic Fusion Murakami NFT All Black will only feature 216 limited pieces (16 more than the colorway's 200 units). The Sapphire Rainbow will include 108 pieces (eight more than the version's initial 100 units). From Takashi Murakami's first Nintendo-inspired NFT to his avatar series with RTFKT, it's safe to say he thoroughly enjoys the NFT world, this latest linkup with Hublot included. After all, the NFT space is a digital sphere made for artists (though unadorned million-dollar Bored Apes always find their way into the mix), and a forward-thinking artistic creative like Murakami is taking full advantage in leading the future of art. While we await the collab's May NFT drop, be on the lookout as you may stumble across a Hublot x Takashi Murakami NFTs ad or two, like hidden posters or in-your-face projections, during your daily walk in London and New York.

Virgil Abloh’s Third and Final Collaboration With Mercedes-Benz Is Here

Following the first look at Mercedes-Maybach and Virgil Abloh's final collaboration, the full range is now revealed. Marking the final chapter of Project MAYBACH, designed and created by Virgil Abloh himself alongside Mercedes-Benz Group AG Chief Design Officer Gorden Wagener last year, and was finalized shortly before Abloh's tragic passing in November. The collaboration includes another Mercedes-Maybach and is set to be revealed within the next few days. The car which has been teased on Instagram has also inspired a capsule collection in collaboration with Off-White™, taking design cues from the Project MAYBACH electric show car, which has been called the "ultimate legacy car." Of course, there's plenty more to the still-to-be-revealed car than just its unique design. The apparel range released alongside the car includes a co-branded hoodie in the same sand tone as the car with a vintage wash, as well as a matching canvas cap, half-brushed cotton fleece sweatshirt, and gloves with blue "ABLOH" velcro straps across the wrists made from neoprene and suede. The limited-edition S-Class and capsule collection marks Virgil Abloh's third and final collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, and his second with Mercedes-Maybach, and left plenty of positive impact on the label itself. Abloh's collaboration marked a new era of innovation for Mercedes, and put emphasis on new technology and sustainability, which has inspired the label for future projects. Despite the Virgil Abloh collaboration coming to an end, his influence will be felt for years to come at Mercedes-Benz. The apparel collection will be available starting April 5 online at Off-White™ as well as on Farfetch and Maybach Icons of Luxury online stores. Additionally, the capsule will also be on sale at select Off-White™ stores.

Artist Shl0ms Sets Lamborghini Huracan in Flames to Oppose Crypto Greed

Conceptual artist and crypto-dadaist Shl0ms brings the heat with limited edition NFTs showcasing the aftermath of an exploded Lamborghini Huracan sports car to shed light on greed arising from monetary motivation in cryptocurrency. The artist believes cryptocurrency should be more than just a get-rich-quick scheme and a zero-sum game but rather used for positive benefits. In an interview with Fortune, Shl0ms indicated that the project was not to criticize crypto culture but to protest the rise of seeing it only for speedy monetary purposes. “I’ve chosen to leave it up to other people to value my art,” Shl0ms told Fortune. Dubbed as “$CAR,” Shl0ms and his team took the car — purchased for $250,000 — to a deserted location in the stateside and blew it up with the company of a licensed explosives engineer after two weeks of testing. The remains of the destruction were divided into 999 NFT projects with 888 open for auction to the public and 111 are reserved for the team and investors. Starting at 0.01 ETH, each NFT will release with a 4K video with special features and introductions with proceeds from the auction to be used to fund public art installations. The NFTs were initially to be released on February 25 and have now been postponed due to the current world events. Further information and updates can be followed through Shl0ms’ website.

LeBron James To Open Own Museum in Akron in 2023

LeBron James‘ most recent announcement shows that the NBA star continues to make a mark both on and off the basketball court. The Los Angeles Lakers starter’s foundation revealed that he would be opening the LeBron James Museum in his hometown of Akron in 2023. Sports memorabilia company Upper Deck, will reportedly be involved in the curation of the exhibit in the museum. The World's Largest Aircraft Completes Fourth Flight Test

Stratolaunch‘s “Roc” carrier aircraft recently completed its fourth test flight. Roc is currently the largest aircraft in the world with a wingspan of 385 feet (117 meters), more than triple that of the commercial-industry-standard Boeing 737. The carrier’s purpose is to serve as a launchpad for its upcoming hypersonic testbed vehicle, Talon-A, an autonomous, rocket-powered, and reusable craft capable of carrying payloads at speeds of above Mach 5 (over 3,000 mph and five times the speed of sound). According to Stratolaunch, the primary object of the latest flight test was to retract and extend all of the landing gear for the first time. “Today’s successful flight demonstrates and validates improvements to the carrier aircraft’s systems and overall flight performance,” Stratolaunch President and COO Dr. Zachary Krevor happily reports. “The full landing gear retraction and extension brings the carrier aircraft closer to operational status, a milestone that is necessary to ready the aircraft for Talon-A separation and hypersonic flight tests later this year.” With the help of Roc, Stratolaunch plans to start testing hypersonic flights later this year and begin delivering services to customers in 2023.

The Case For Fez As Euphoria's Underrated Style Icon

While the conflict, dramatic soundtracks, and cinematography in Euphoria keep us gripped, it's the character's fashion tastes that have us obsessing over the show. Whether it be introducing new character Elliot by kitting him out in a Telfar hoodie, Rue wearing vintage Jean Paul Gaultier, or Jules in a psychedelic hockey T-shirt from Perks and Mini, every episode has us daydreaming about what our Euphoria High 'fit would be. And nine times out of ten, mine is pretty close to what Fez wears. Angus Cloud's drug dealer, full name Fezco, has become the internet's latest crush. With the show's new season permanently trending on TikTok and Twitter, he has garnered a loyal fanbase that excuses the character's actions in favor of his charm. Or in our case, in favor of his style. Eddy Chen / HBO There's a lot of competition for the best-dressed character in Euphoria — Zendaya's character Rue and Alexa Demie's Maddy often dominate the style conversation — but we think Fez might be the world's best-dressed (and most lovable) drug dealer. He has a uniform that comprises streetwear essentials from labels such as Palace, Supreme, and Ralph Lauren. His outfits have included Coogi jumpers, 90s Nike Air Max, and wide-leg jeans — he almost dresses like a streetwear OG. It's the kind of looks that first got us interested in fashion and seeing them on television screens will always be novel. Thank God that the show didn't kill him off after the first season as was planned. Eddy Chen / HBO Cloud has been enjoying the fashion limelight of the screen too, being on magazine covers, walking red carpets, and doing spots of modeling. Cloud, who was working at a fast-food joint until being discovered by chance for this role in 2018, has accumulated some fashion status. And with a similar everyday style to his character, there's always a chance that he's had a hand in producing Fez's trademark look. Check out our favorite outfits from Euphoria's underrated style icon below. The Fezco uniform Eddy Chen / HBO Episode four of the latest season of Euphoria saw Fez nail his trademark look. A vintage Ralph Lauren Polo shirt with a large gold chain over the top and a pair of baggy jeans, it's a variation on a combination that we have seen him pull off throughout the show.

Gucci x adidas Just Might Be One of the Biggest Collabs of the Year

In December 2021, whispers of a Gucci x adidas collaboration floated throughout the industry. With no specific details whatsoever, all we had was a photo of a Gucciadidas monogram to get us by. On February 26, Gucci confirmed the collaboration with the leading sportswear brand during its FW22 presentation. The partnership's collection hasn't even hit the streets yet, but it's already proving to be one of the hottest collaborations of the year. Gucci's retro-chic aesthetic does most of the chatting while adidas and its notable logos chimes in from time to time, a commendable act on adidas' part as they frequently allow their collaborators to shine creatively. After all, adidas gave the thumbs up to Craig Green, who scuba'd the Stan Smith, and Kerwin Frost's furry Microbounce T1. Undoubtedly, the accessories and footwear will be the most sought-after pieces of the collection. The duo incorporates the Gazelle as one of the key footwear models, dressing the shoe in rich fabrics and prints such as snakeskin, velvet, and the "GG" motif. Leather gloves and knit athletic caps get the mashup treatment, emphasizing the more sporty spirit of the partnership. Of course, it's hard to forget the double sided-hat, which can be worn on either side depending on your mood. Ask yourself: Are you feeling Gucci or Three-Stripes today? Or, wear it sideways, if you're feeling both. On the other hand, a Gucci-adidas logo stamps the pocket of a tailored green suit, which also possesses a mashup monogram print. A Victorian-inspired silk dress boasts frills and ruffles along with the Three Stripes, blending the notions of sophistication and play for a whimsical collaboration. Adidas is no stranger to sport-luxury collaborations, having pushed out successful collections with Raf Simons, Rick Owens, and Yohji Yamamoto in the past. Not to mention, the brand recently brought Prada on board and renewed its partnership with Jeremy Scott. From Dior x Jordan to adidas x Gucci, it's no wonder other brands, like Reebok, are looking to get in on what makes these collaborations "it." Many people weren't feeling the Gucci x adidas collaboration, dubbing it "a collab we didn't need." However, others are obsessed and waiting for its release. Despite unfavorable opinions, I'm sure this collaboration will be handing out L's in virtual waiting rooms when it drops.

Rihanna Keeps Wearing the Hottest Maternity Looks Ever

This article was published on February 8 and updated on February 12 Rihanna's street style is normally a must-see phenomenon, but her pregnancy style? It's already one for the books. For her first post-announcement look, Rihanna let us know that she's taking maternity fashion to the next level. On February 7, Rihanna stepped out sporting her growing bump and... cleavage? Oh, absolutely. all black everything 🐣 pic.twitter.com/4KOk1R61pF — Rihanna (@rihanna) February 9, 2022 The Barbadian singer rocked an all-black look, including a WARDROBE.NYC x Carhartt cropped bomber jacket over a custom Jacquie Aiche 14K gold bra (Rihanna's version cost $36k!) and The Attico's stirrup leggings. On foot, an expecting Rih strutted in heels, specifically, Jimmy Choo Saeda pumps with an embellished ankle strap (iconic). We can't forget the hottest piece of the look: the Jean Paul Gaultier ribbed lace-up front sweater, which reveals the womb of the Fenty Baby matched with some cleavage action. She accessorized the look with long gold chain necklaces and black Balenciaga wraparound sunglasses. Her Fenty Icon lipstick, her latest Fenty Beauty drop, comprised her red lip, adding the perfect finishing touch and slightly bold contrast to the black outfit. A couple days later, on February 10, Rihanna pulled up to Giorgio Baldi in LA in another outrageously iconic maternity 'fit. The "What's My Name" singer wore a mixed-material faux fur coat, baggy jeans tied up with the strap of her heels and a short top tied loosely above her belly. Up top, an Awake NY cap from last year that I believe is owned by her beau, A$AP Rocky. Mama Fenty is not letting up. The Fenty Beauty CEO attended her beauty brand's event in LA on February 11 with boyfriend A$AP Rocky. The two were all smiles as Lord Pretty Flacko Jody held the tummy of glowing mommy-to-be Rih. Rihanna dazzled in a custom The Attico look, inspired by the brand's Spring 2022 "Claire" sequin draped top and "Sunset" pants. She and A$AP Rocky showed up to Kanye West's Jeen-Yuhs experience alongside other big names like Mr. West himself, Usher, and more. On February 12, Rihanna attended the Savage X Fenty store opening in LA, becoming the lady of the moment in a fire red look. I mean, she's always the moment. The bad gal donned a custom Alaïa red leather coat with Amina Muaddi "Giorgia" sandals, giving us Valentine's Day realness. While out in LA on February 13, Rih-Rih showed us she's not a regular mom; she's a cool mom. She was game-ready for Super Bowl LVI, wearing a Balenciaga faux fur-trimmed bomber jacket paired with a blue Jetpack hom(m)e tulle collage resort shirt and grey baggy Margiela jeans. As for her accessories, she opted for a Balenciaga soccer hood scarf and white Prada runway sunnies. She went with one of her faves, The Attico "Amber" slingbacks, from her stellar heel rotation. Speaking of, wedding bells may soon be chiming for Rih-Rih and Rocky. "They will be married, for sure," a Mirror source said. "She told pals she wants to be with him forever and he has said the same. There are no plans yet as to when the nuptials will be, but it won't be before the baby is born. She has always wanted to get married and A$AP is her forever person." Sources also suggest that the duo will wed in Barbados, where they first met. A$AP Rocky and Rihanna's wedding will be undoubtedly a romantic fairytale straight from your favorite high fashion novel but, while we wait, let's all sit back and enjoy watching Rihanna slay her pregnancy.

Kanye West x McDonald's May Be the Final Frontier of Fast Food Collabs

Kanye West's wild McDonald's order has us hankering for a Yeezus fast food collaboration. In mid-October, the king of publicity stunts strode the streets of Berlin in a freaky rubber mask, which he later removed to reveal an eyebrow-raising haircut. McDonald’s is my favorite restaurant — ye (@kanyewest) November 4, 2018 While in Die Hauptstadt, Ye also stopped by McDonald's for a taste of the best cuisine Germany has to offer. Thanks to Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet, fan account @dondasplace got the scoop on what Mister Poopy-di Scoop himself indulged in. Kanye allegedly ordered: one large caramel Frappé, one Chicken Tasty (a sandwich exclusive to Europe), one medium fries, one large chocolate milkshake, one three-pack of hot wings, and six barbecue dipping sauces, an expansion of the order revealed in a Super Bowl ad a couple years ago. In case you didn't clock that, he requires two sauce packets per chicken wing. The news of Ye's eccentric order comes hot on the heels of Megan Thee Stallion's Popeyes team-up, the latest in a seemingly never-ending sequence of celebrity fast food collabs. As passé as rapper-backed Big Macs have become, a limited-edition Kanye West meal would be an undeniable hit. In fact, it might just make fast food hype fun again. To view this external content, please click here. I can see it now: the meal would be served in a nondescript paper bag, akin to those Kanye's YEEZY x GAP hoodies are packaged in. Unbranded black cartons would hold Ye's favorite fare and his two dairy-based drinks would arrive in blacked-out water bottles. The meal's copious amounts of barbecue sauce would be black, too. And McDonald's employees would serve the collab in uniforms designed by Balenciaga's Demna Gvasalia, no stranger to fast food-inspired fashion. YEEZY x Gap makes sense when you consider all KW has ever wanted is some sort of hybrid of McDonald’s, Walmart, and Margiela. — Jian DeLeon (@jiandeleon) June 26, 2020 The partnership is a match made in heaven. In 2018, the rapper tweeted, "McDonald's is my favorite restaurant" and in 2016 he shared, "McDonalds is my favorite brand" — unsurprising, considering his love of GAP, another American staple. McDonald’s is my favorite restaurant — ye (@kanyewest) November 4, 2018 He even wrote a poem about McDonald's that includes the incredibly spot-on line, "Always knew them French fries was evil man / Smelling all good and shit." Given Kanye's longstanding love for the Golden Arches and his ultra-devoted fan base, a McDonald's co-sign is a no-brainer in terms of marketability and profitability. Then, on February 13, "dreams" came true (air-quotes added because surely no one was actually dreaming about a Ye x McDonald's team-up, hopefully). As part of McDonald's Super Bowl ad, Ye drove up to a Drive-Thru in one of his Ukrainian tank cars wearing his black Round Jacket. After he hopped out of his ride, Kanye unleashes a droning "Uhhhhhhhh" for the rest of the spot. Weird to think that the guy with an extremely specific order would take that long to pick out some fried food, but it's all for the sake of the tie-in merch (printed on some Gildan blanks because this is McDonald's after all — fast and cheap always beats out quality). It caps Ye's big week of beefing (no Big Mac pun intended) with everyone from Kim to Billie Eilish to Kid Cudi in a series of cringey publicity stunts ahead of DONDA 2's release.
