Off-White's New Hong Kong Home. Maintaining its stance as one of the world’s leading labels, Off-White recently unveiled images of their new Hong Kong flagship store which is open to the public now. Set along the waterfront overlooking Victoria Harbour, the new store features floor to ceiling windows, velvet-lined walls, marble accents and plush matching furnishings to complement the store’s palette. JADEN SMITH IS OPENING A SELFRIDGES POP-UP THIS MONTH

Less than a week to go... Arriving on UK shores, Jaden Smith has announced the arrival of a pop-up store set to open in Selfridges London later this month. Setting up shop in the department store’s Designer Street Room, the pop-up titled “ERYS PRESENTS: EVERYTHING BAD FOR YOU” will play host to the American artist’s ERYS & MSFTS merch alongside 100 exclusive t-shirts printed with ERYS iconography to celebrate the event. Ever the man to give back, Jaden is also asking attendees to bring in clothing donations which will then go to Centrepoint charity for young homeless youths. Straight off his feet. After playing his Sunday Service show in Atlanta this weekend, Kanye West bumped into DJ Khaled on the tarmac. Walking to their private jets as though they were Ubers, ‘Ye was in his usual cosy boy get up, rocking a plain white t-shirt with grey joggers and an unreleased pair of his YZY BSKTball sneakers. DJ Khaled also kept it simple in a white tee, Jordan brand shorts and a pair of Air Jordan Bred 4 sneakers. With the cameras rolling, Yeezy and Khaled seemed to swap numbers before Kanye gifted the DJ with his very own pair of YZY BSKTBALL shoes straight off his feet. KITH IS ABOUT TO DROP ITS DEF JAM CAPSULE

One of the instant highlights from KITH’s New York Fashion Week show was its Def Jam collaboration, and you won’t have to wait much longer to make it yours. Highlighting the capsule is a jacket inspired by the piece originally developed by co-founder Rick Rubin. The luxe, limited-edition piece, which was made in conjunction with Golden Bear, features chainstitch embroidery, leather sleeves, and chenille patches. Also dropping are two hoodies and two T-shirts with the label’s iconic turnarm insignia, which is stripped down to the basics for the latter piece. The jacket will be priced at $675, the hoodies $160, and the t-shirts $65. They’ll all drop at 11 a.m. EST on KITH’s website and in stores, so make sure you act quickly.

THEBE MAGUGU BECOMES FIRST AFRICAN DESIGNER TO WIN LVMH PRIZE

African Fashion Spotlight. Arguably one of the most coveted prizes for an aspiring designer, LVMH announced the winner of their annual prize yesterday with the first-ever African designer Thebe Magugu taking home the prize money and invaluable mentorship. Presented by LVMH ambassador Alicia Vikander, South African born Thebe will be awarded a €300,000 grant alongside a dedicated team from the fashion conglomerate to assist with the growth and development of his brand. Speaking on the announcement, executive vice president of Louis Vuitton Delphine Arnault said; “I am delighted that, for the first time, an African candidate has won the Prize, all the more so since Thebe Magugu, aged 26, is the youngest designer of the 2019 selection. His creative work appropriates the codes of menswear and womenswear, of the traditional and the experimental, playing with volumes and traditional South-African know-how.” Alongside Thebe, Israeli designer Hed Mayner took home the Karl Lagerfeld Prize which offers up €15,000 as well as a year-long mentorship also.

DIOR & JAPANESE DEPARTMENT STORE ISETAN LAUNCH EXCLUSIVE PIECES FOR 20TH ANNIVERSARY

Tokyo Exclusive. Celebrating their 20th anniversary, Isetan Shinjuku has teamed up with Dior for the release of a selection of collaborative items to be sold at a special pop up in their Toyko department store. Featuring pieces designed by Kim Jones and Maria Grazia Chiuri, a selection of both limited edition tartan and oblique printed bags, apparel, footwear and homeware will be on offer exclusively via the retailer.
