All SALE items are FINAL and non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Our return policy is very simple - we will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund or store credit. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. 

  • You can change or return an item within 14 calender days from the date you received it.
  • All SALE items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • To be eligible for a change or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must have original Seventeen tags still attached. Once we receive your item, we will change it or refund after inspecting the item.
  • Please keep your proof of shipment until the refund has been made.
  • If you want to change your order with a different size, please e-mail our team first to ask if the size you want is still available. Due to alot of demand, our sets are selling very quickly.
  • You have to send your item to the address here below and e-mail your track and trace code to info@seventeenthebrand.com :

  • Please don’t forget to mention your name and address on the return package.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (5-10 working days) , depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • The shipping costs and returning costs will not be refunded.
  • Follow the steps as good as possible for a quick handling of your return.
