🛒 Before You Order
How do I choose the right size?
Most pieces fit true to size. Prefer a looser fit or unsure between two sizes? Go one up.
Still not sure? Send us your height, weight, and how you like your fit — we’ll help you out.
Will this item be restocked?
If it’s sold out, it might return depending on demand.
Tap “Notify Me” on the product page to be first to know. We drop limited pieces regularly.
What materials do you use?
We focus on quality fabrics with a premium, durable feel. Product pages list the exact composition. If you have specific questions, we’re happy to help.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
- Belgium: 1–2 business days
- Netherlands & Luxembourg: 2–4 business days
- Rest of EU: 4–8 business days
- Outside EU: 10–15 business days
Note: During drops or sales, fulfillment can take 1–2 days longer.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may apply for larger orders — keep an eye out at checkout.
My tracking hasn’t updated — help?
Sometimes carriers take 24–48h to update scans. If your tracking hasn’t moved after 3 full business days, contact us — we’ll look into it.
My order says ‘delivered’, but I didn’t receive anything.
Please check with neighbors or your local postal point first. Still nothing? Reach out — we’ll help sort it out with the carrier.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to return any unworn item in original condition. Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for something else from our store or for a gift card valid for 6 months.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 3–5 business days.
Do you offer free returns?
Currently, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We're working on more flexible return options in the future.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely. Just start a return and select “Exchange” — we’ll hold your replacement while we wait for the original item to come back.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Bancontact, PayPal, and more. All payments are processed securely.
How do I use a gift card or store credit?
Enter your code at checkout. If you have multiple codes or partial balances, contact us — we’ll combine or adjust manually.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code can be used per order.

How should I wash my Seventeenthebrand pieces?
- Wash cold, inside out
- Air dry (no tumble dry)
- Avoid bleach or harsh detergents
🌍 International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on location.
Will I be charged customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
